These are songs from the 3rd Blessid Union CD called Walking Off The Buzz.

This group's third album is more than just a showcase for the song "Hey Leonardo". It contains a good mix of songs that are all pleasing to the ear. A definite success.

These are songs from the first Blessid Union CD called Home.

The simple, individual songs of this album give way to great themes and a complexity that comes from this album as a whole. From beginning to end, each song blends well with the others and inspires the lister to really think about what the artists are yearning for/about/towards, yet it's not whiny or in your face. BUOS has a soulful quality that lets you take the music wherever suits you best. For this reason every time you listen to it, you find new things to hear and understand; some songs never stop touching you. The song "Nora" still brings me to tears and "Oh, Virginia" is everything a joyful homecoming should be. Obviously their first, but indicative of some of the great things they are capable of achieving in the future. Music for mind and soul.

These are songs from the 2nd Blessid Union CD called Blessid Union Of Souls.

While many were discouraged with this, their second album (and I was too when it first came out), but after listening to it a while (and aging some myself) this is the best second album I've heard in a very long time! While younger audiences might not get as much out of it as they did their third album or even the first, older, more mature listeners will find the complex themes fascinating. Just like their first album, it works best as a whole, but individual songs have thier own merit as well. Probably this band's buried treasure to be discovered much later by thier fans.
